General Functions:
- Prepares day-to-day cash disbursement records
- Prepares BIR/SSS/Philhealth/Pagibig record
- Perform all bank transactions
- Prepares manhour analysis
- Preparation of cash flow
- Monitoring of AP and AR
Qualifications:
- Male or Female
- Graduate of BS Accountancy or any related course
- at least 2 years related experience
- Must have knowledge in AP/AR consolidation
- Preferably with knowledge in PeachTree Accounting software
- This is an immediate requirement
Customer Service Representative
General Function:
Specific Duties & Responsibilities:
- Responds to customer inquiries and problems by providing information or directing requests to others who can supply the necessary information or service;
- Acts as the link between the customer and the business or organization. Ensures that customers are satisfied with the product or service, and so maintain profitable customer relationships;
- Deal quickly and efficiently with customer enquiries or complaints and be able to resolve customer complaints;
- Answer customers' questions, and provide information on procedures or policies;
- Expedite customer orders, including keeping them informed of delays or early fulfillment;
- Greet customers entering establishment;
- Offer customers carry-out service at the completion of transactions.
Cashier
General Functions:
Female Only. With pleasing personality.
Implements the preparation and disbursement of payments to customers and the custodianship and disbursement of the branch’s petty cash fund.
Specific Duties and Responsibilities:
- Attends to the disbursement of payment to customers in the branch;
- Maintains all documents/sheets for records purposes;
- Handles and disburses the petty cash fund according to prescribed rules, procedures and systems;
- Maintains a cashbook containing all receipts and disbursement of the petty cash fund;• Expedite customer orders, including keeping them informed of delays or early fulfillment;
- Performs other functions as directed by the immediate supervisor from time to time.
Qualification Requirements:
Education: College level, preferably Accounting or any related course
Experience: Six months experience in cashiering.
